Somos una potencia quesera mundial y, sobre todo, nuestros quesos y tortas tienen una personalidad que los distingue. En Extremadura, claro. Concretamente, en uno de sus mejores restaurantes. Una torta la corona. Pero, como dice Claudio, «cada uno que empiece por donde le apetezca».
