Rehlat cancelled out booking for Oct and still has not refunded the money, 4 months later. We've contacted several representatives and still have not received our rehlat review. Will not ever book with them again. They can't do business; no service and no refund!

Once you booked and paid you can no longer expect customer service after sales. They will reply to your email with a bot and promise to get back to you within 24 hours but you will wait for the rest of your life for nothing. I ended up contacting Singapore Airlines Head Office to escalate the issue and report them and that's how I got my refund from them. Please do not book from this site and don't waste your money and time.
