Then I realised this was all to the good, because it meant more room for recipes I don't already have jotted down in hardcopy somewhere. But the cookbook itself is not without merit. Easy and yummy. The first is a detailed table of contents so just the recipes grouped by section, in order. Want to read. And goodness knows how Australian flour stacks up, which is presumably what Nagi employs, being from Oz and all. All photos. I know this will not suit all Canadian readers and I am sorry. The US and Canadian edition are in imperial cups, ounces weight and fluid , pounds and inches. Does every recipe have one? I love especially the back pages with additional recipes for all kinds of sauces and dressings. I got it for my birthday! This is a fantastic cookbook! It is a MUST buy cookbook - would even be an excellent gift as its very colorful and got a beautiful cover, with pictures of her dog whom she adores! This one was it! So I made the tough decision to include only imperial measurements. Cindy Peirce.
