Let me start out by saying this is my first Steemit post, and I heard about it from an Uber driver. He said you could write about anything, so here I am. I myself am a huge World of Warcraft lore nerd, so I felt the need to write something about one of my all time favorite Warcraft characters - Queen Azshara. If you've played World of Warcraft anytime from the launch to the current expansion, Legion, chances are you've heard the name Queen Azshara more than once. Probably like a hundred times, actually. She even has an entire zone named after her! Now for those that don't know much about her lore, she was once the beloved ruler of the night elves pre-sundering, and is now the leader of the naga. A few things to prove just how powerful she really is, her conversation with Mannaroth and Illidan's observance of her. In the case with Mannaroth, Azshara was getting impatient with him as to why Sargeras was taking so long to arrive. She used her magic to stop him without even trying. He instantly was fearful of her and realized he made a mistake and that her power rivaled only Archimonde's, Kil'jaeden's, and Sargeras'. Now think about this for a second: first of all, Mannaroth gets scared, and second, Archimonde and Kil'jaeden both had been empowered by Sargeras and his titan powers. Azshara was just essentially born with her powers. And the fact that Mannaroth even thought Sargeras himself was rivaled by her powers is pretty amazing. Presumably Mannaroth has met Sargeras or at the very least been in his presence, and for him to think that a literal titan was a match for her is pretty outstanding.
