I've had this oven for a year now and crank out pizza's that everyone loves. I was worried since I do take it to parties at other peoples homes that the stone would accidently crack, so I got the pizza steel. Very happy. Still cranking out excellent pies.

I made 3 new york style doughs fo first try, about 10" each, the oven heated up to about in 15 minutes on the built in gauge , then i waited for the steel to heat up to using an infrared thermometer.
