Well i tried something with custom skins and got these results. I didnt code anything just simply downloaded WAD file of qiyana and renamed skin number to base skin. So I am sure there is a way to create new modskin, if someone is good at coding or good at working with models etc it is possible.

I feel like Qiyana is one of those champions that you can go months without seeing. But once she does appear, she basically just dominates the game. And honestly if you do want to play Qiyana and appear only under the full moon like some type of werewolf, you better make quite the entrance. In terms of new particles and animations, this goes insane and adds classic arcade-style particles to every ability in your kit — along with more nostalgic sound effects than you know what to do with. And seeing that many particles and hearing that many sounds just gets slightly annoying. Further bells and whistles come in the form of a voice filter, additional quotes, a rather decent selection of chromas, plus a really fun backing animation and an extremely solid splash art. Well your weapon now houses the chaos emeralds. Now she just looks like a million bucks and has more accessories than a person could ever need.
