W hen Eleanor Poolford-Moore wanted to make some extra money before Christmas she listed a pair of limited edition Adidas trainers on the resale site Vinted. But then the person who bought the trainers got in touch to say that she had not received them and instead had been sent a pair of jeans. At first I thought the buyer was trying to pull a fast one. On a Facebook complaints group with 18, members Poolford-Moore found others complaining of missing packages and unexpected items. The problem, it seemed, was with the parcel company InPost. I've sold a bundle and now realised that the parcel size I selected is too small, I thought if it was under 1kg it was small but turns out it's g! Parcel is about g. Buyer has already paid. Downloaded the shipping label, but it just shows a QR code, not even the recipient's details. Is that right? It says I need to download the QR code, I don't need to print it off, but I don't want to send a label-less parcel with no information. Tried the website, but I'm none the wiser.
