As we are fully in the swing of things with TOTS in FIFA 23 , it can become quite challenging to stay on top of who has actually received a special card. While some leagues are always going to garner more attention in the FIFA TOTS cycle, there are some hidden gems you might otherwise miss if you're not looking close enough. Click to enlarge. EA hasn't held back with this squad despite it not being one of the big hitters, with top cards coming in the form of players like Sanchez, Jesus, Coman, and more for you to pick up.
