I was given absolutely no money, and my card was ejected. I entered the branch, and first spoke with a teller, who told me it was my pay card that instituted the limit. After a brief discussion, I wanted to see her manager. I sat down in her office, and explained to her it was not possible my card would institute the limit. I then made her aware I know there is a limit, and she did not say a word to me. After this occurred, I then told her US Bank never charges me a fee and never limits to how much of my paycheck I want to withdraw. This manager was incredibly patronizing, saying that I must not understand how MY pay card works, even though I have been using this system for months back in my hometown.
