I have many packages starting the end of Feb that have tracking and are delivered actually already and still showing in pre-transit.

I had a perfect star seller average for the last year and now it is taking a nose dive. Is Etsy not accepting tracking numbers from other carriers. I use pirate ship. Honestly I was having an issue one day with shipping and had to use Etsy labels and are now getting charge adjustments on those. Won't be using them anymore. It's almost impossible to get any help with any situation with Etsy Chat.
