This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel, both times sharing a room with my sister while visiting family in Phoenix. Great value. I like its location and personality. If you need upgrades to the latest decor, don't come here. Pro- it's close to downtown and many hospitals. The headboard had a giant hole in it and much of the wallpaper was either ripped off or peeling. We didnt sleep much during to the people next to us being up all night and every noise sounded like it was our door they were knocking on. Staff was friendly but the price seemed a little much for such poor conditions. I was e I was expecting much more since they are associated with Wyndham, dont let the name fool you. Great staff attitude and helpfulness from the moment my wife and I walked into Embassy Suites until we left.
