Service is Horrible. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, groomer, who happened to be the manager, called in sick and they waited until I got there to tell me, and wouldn't re-book for another 2 weeks. Didn't even recieve an appology for my time wasted. Find a private groomer that cares! They were very busy trying to break into the office. There was only one cashier on duty when I went up to the cash and there was a very long line up of people maybe 7 or 8 people waiting to checkout, and the store was very warm. I was waiting and waiting for my turn then after about I actually rate this location in the negatives, but I am forced to give a rating to submit this review. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming! Why even operate this location. Their grooming department is a night mare too. Made a grooming appointment a couple of weeks back, had it confirmed, and on the day of the appointment I was informed that we missed our appointment.
