Booked a pedi for 3pm, arrived at 3 to be told they were running late.. I returned at 4 to be told I was 5mins late and they couldn't do my pedi. Offhand, rude and frankly bad customer service. As I was speaking to the lady next door at 4. They just wanted to shut up shop. Would not recommend this service to anyone. A disgrace I was booked in today when I booked the girl said pm then pm. So so slack I had a funeral to attend tomorrow and was really wanting this done. Terrible customer service. One lady came in the same time as I did, they told us to come back in 10 minutes so I stayed and waited until they were ready. Even after this they kept turning away customers.
