They are flexible and do not require a releasing agent.

They can be used with sugarpaste, fondant, modelling paste, flower paste, sugar clay, marzipan, chocolate, hard candy, candy clay, gum paste, royal icing, gelatin and more. They can also be used for non-food uses, including wax, clay, polymer clay, soap, cold porcelain and more. Please note, it is not recommened to use the same mould for both edible and non-edible uses. The moulds are soft and easy to use and clean. We recommend hand-washing as these are not dishwasher safe.

A few weeks ago I made Caroline a bone-shaped birthday cake for her Paw Patrol themed 3rd birthday party. If you missed the post, you can see all the fun Paw Patrol party ideas here, but here is the cake I made:. Since I have most of the supplies to do it myself, I figured a bone-shaped cake would be pretty simple. I watched a few Youtube videos and just kind of figured it out as I went along. I also made two chocolate round cakes using a Chocolate cake mix. Everyone seriously raved about how good these cakes tasted. The icing was just a homemade vanilla buttercream recipe with a teaspoon of caramel extract added in addition to the vanilla. You can see here how I carved out the rectangle cake to make the bone shape work.
