Pantheons are strong permanent passives which you can get by defeating specific bosses from act 6 to act 10 and you can have a major and a minor Pantheon which take effect once you have chosen them by talking to Sin. Additionally, you can upgrade your Pantheons to become more powerful in the endgame. In order to do so, you have to put a specific map and an empty Divine Vessel into your Map Device, defeat the respective map boss and then deliver the filled Divine Vessel to Sin. In order to know which map you have to complete to get the Pantheon you want , put its name in the search bar on top of your Atlas. Then the respective maps will be highlighted accordingly.
