I know it may be subjective but I'm having trouble finding out which item bases are the best to use. I'm hoping that someone might know of a list of the best item bases currently, as I've looked everywhere,and or being able to tell me the best bases for 1 hand melee assuming sword, axe, mace, and elder or shaper.
