We'll here's another food Resturant disappointment. Have been going to Panera Bread over 5 years was excited when they opened a store in My area of Clayton. Unfortunately there service has started Crappy Panera Bread Update 3. Well, my wife and I have continued to go this Panera, because for the most part, they have not screwed up the Fuji Apple salad yet, but I'm sure it's coming For some reason they just can't get my order right. They were out of onion, tomato, and the dressing I wanted, which you will see on my receipt. I wanted it all but they didn't have it. Then I I am a local have ordered from this Panera several times. The last 3 times items have been wrong or missing. Submitted ticket on December 19th as of December 31st still no response Food was delicious.

I know this restaurant has had its struggles, but I just had the loveliest experience there. Picking up dinner, I was helped by Mike. He was so professional, patient, and knowledgeable; I used the drive thru today to grab a quick lunch and I was surprised. I was greeted with the most sweet and radiant worker.
