Oxygen not included pipe blocked

The hovered pump is claiming two pipes are blocked, but I can't find the locations of these blockages. It only has 3 outputs; 2 Electrolyzers, and 1 Carbon Skimmer. All are functioning albeit more slowly than they should be.

I deconstructed and rebuilt the entire plumming system and it still doesn't work, it would say the same message again in the next few cycles. Does anyone know the cause, and is there a solution? The pipe is still full, but if both pipes are the same diameter as the initial pipe, then the rate of flow changes. First picture: Liquid taking turns as it should as both paths are currently open.

I keep getting blocked pipes on my aquatuner, any idea of what cause it? Well unless you're running some kind of switching mod, you've got your inputs and outputs reversed between the bridge, the shutoff, and the tuner. Easy, there were several threads with people dialing in on the best solution. I can't claim I did it right but The sensor controls the tuner. Bridge priority means liquid won't transfer through the bridge if there is already liquid from the aquatuner going through.

Like I see there is a flow of clean water going from the water purifer to the shower but you connected it to the shower output instead of the shower input so of course it clocks up. Pretty simple. Does anyone know the cause, and is there a solution? Note: There are a couple bugs involving the piping. You have very short outlet pipes before they join your main waste pipe.. To prevent rapid water shortages, use a liquid pump to send polluted water through a water purifier and then send it back to your clean water source. Second, the "pipe blocked" that you're seeing at the pump is because the water in the line isn't flowing fast enough for the pump to move a full packet.
