They work with animals well, especially wind serpents which I think are fun. Additionally if the harpoon makes them look like the trolls in WC3, all the better!

As I have understand it troll is better in pve because of the bow and berserk racial, also their regeneration. We are getting bwl and crossbow is the new thing. So trolls no benefit. Berserker is nice but u can live without it. Their stun resist is just too powerful and will carry you through a lot of fights. I think you meant PvE here.

Orc is probably the best current pick for a Hunter but it seems like Marksman is going to get buffed soon possibly making Troll a better choice. Orc is decent for the extra Pet dmg, the extra weapon skills will probably be better if your gonna go Melee. Trolls get a bonus to Bows, and I believe even in Naxx, the best wep for hunters was still a bow. None of that matters. Orc is bis for looks ez.
