Rather then blocking the amount, they charged it to my card resulting in transaction charges, contrary to the contract signed by Opodo. Most car rentals only block the amount so no charges made. On returning the car, I received no refund and the car company said they will return it after 4 weeks?. No where in any contract with Opodo or the car company it says this.

After returning from the 3 day trip for the same price as 4 days my Opodo account still advised "The airline has cancelled opodo reviews flight

Visit this website. Most relevant. Such an horrible experience with this shambolic organisation. Really upsetting and frustrating. Opodo operatives advised us to cancel the booking which we did. They responded to my previous review promising that it would be resolved soon - I have since heard nothing!
