However, it does not really do much more than a similar, free or cheaper app would be able to do. Attempting to discontinue the subscription was complicated and not transparent. As the app was not listed as a subscription in my phone, nor was I able to locate where to manage subscriptions in the app, I was changed for an additional month. So far I really like this app. I find the lessons only take a few minutes and helping with changing my habits. I have never written a review for an app, but given the utter lack of anything worthwhile in this app, I felt obligated to write a review to warn others not to fall for the instagram scam and waste your money. This can only be described as a stripped-down version of Noom- a version that comes with zero tangible advice, and absolutely no real support. Their guides, which are an additional cost, can only be described as drivel from an 8th grade health textbook.
