Our name comes from the beautiful ancient language of Sanskrit and truly encompasses all that our community stands for. Om is the vibrating sound of all things, just as all are welcome into this space, no judgment, come as you are. At Om Shanti Yoga Studio, we are committed to providing an enriching and diverse yoga experience. Our carefully curated workshops and feature classes are designed to offer unique perspectives and deepen your practice. While most feature classes are included in our packages and memberships, workshops provide specialized insights and may have a separate fee. As we are returning to normal, we are excited to welcome you back to the studio! Reiki Sessions. Yoga has been shown to decrease anxiety, blood pressure and cortisol levels. Rosie deepened her asana practice while traveling abroad and began incorporating it into her spiritual practice. A Reiki Treatment Room is available to rent hourly for your use with clients. She has been teaching for over 30 years and is certified in several types of yoga including Nidra, Yin, slow Vinyasa, and Gentle.
