Ask a new question. I have set up my email address via GoDaddy and recently purchased office business essentials separately. I have looked through GoDaddy and office admins but it takes me round in circles. GoDaddy have said I would need to delete the account with them before I can access office ? Good day!

My website has been hosted on Godaddy for 12 years and I have my email accounts set up there as well. I never had an issue until Godaddy transitioned to Office Basically, outgoing email gets hung up in the OUTBOX frequently and usually when there is an attachment small or large file size - it doesn't matter. First started back in April - very frustrating. When I hit "send" I expect that my email was sent. After multiple complaints from clients that they had not received my email, I noticed my outgoing email was stacking up in my Outbox. Resending email from the Outbox doesn't work. I now believe it is GoDaddy that is the problem. Sorry for the long story but here is the question. How do I move my Office licenses to another email host? If I can do that, who has a rock-solid reputation for hosting ? Not my fault, my email is protected with a godaddy generated password. That will be 2 FULL weeks since the issue. I run a business and I'm on the verge of losing 2 clients over email trust. This is insane!

Very long story, so will try to be as concise as possible. Client needed to switch email providers in December because old provider croaked. Signed her up for Go Daddy office email. After completing the setup process we were able to receive and send mail using web mail, but could not add the email account to ANY email app on any device. Problem was that during the account adding process, it redirected to the Microsoft login page rather than the GoDaddy SSO login page. And when trying to login through the Microsoft login page it said the account credentials were invalid. But months later we still have the same problem.
