According to that mod's factions they should be set to be allied with the Railroad. Under Misc I believe, same as notes. This is embarrassing Also the Railroad is a secret organization, they aren't suppose to be out patrolling, they are hiding from the Institute and the BOS. What do you think about NPCs Travel?
