Noma is the secondary antagonist of Power Book II: Ghost, serving as the unseen overarching antagonist of season 2, the main antagonist of season 3, and will return as the main antagonist of season 4. She is a dangerous and ruthless British drug lord, and the late Mecca's wife.

Her sharp wit and unrelenting demeanor were a force to be reckoned with, and she commanded respect from everyone who crossed her path. But when Noma came knocking on his door, he knew he had no choice but to do what she asked. Noma had accused Tariq and his friends of killing her first lieutenant, and she demanded that they start pushing drugs for her as penance. Tariq knew that he had to play along, at least for the time being. As the season progressed, Noma became an even more formidable foe. She seemed to be one step ahead of everyone else, always one move ahead of the competition. Her reach extended far and wide, and it seemed as though nobody could escape her grasp. Her enemies were always watching, waiting for the right moment to strike.

In true "Power" fashion, the spinoff series introduces one of its newest ruthless characters, played by Caroline Chikezie, in the most explosive way possible during season three 's premiere, which aired on March Aka the same ring Mecca gifted Monet in season two. The scene also serves to demonstrate the high stakes of the drug game and the lengths that those involved are willing to go to protect their interests. Despite the danger and the moral ambiguity of their actions, Tariq, Effie, and Brayden continue to work with Norma, demonstrating their loyalty to her and their willingness to take risks to achieve success in the drug world.

The two started a relationship until she betrayed him and Brayden got Tariq expelled. Her motive was revealed when Tariq meets up with her and began having sex with him and supported him after he was arrested and bailed for two murders. Tariq ends the relationship after he finds out about Effie attempts to kill Lauren. She meets Tariq St. Patrick at Choate and tells him to stop dealing drugs until she agrees to work with him. The pair grow a liking towards each other and later begins a relationship. She gets into Yale university and she reunites with Tariq, wanting to make amends.
