No rockstar editor restrictions

Can anyone explain why the Rockstar Editor won't allow me to edit the camera in my clips? I saved a few during a mission, only to find a warning saying that it doesn't allow camera edits on these clips in the Rockstar Editor. However I don't seem no rockstar editor restrictions have problems editing the camera in clips I saved between missions.
