May I snagged BF2 on Epic back when it was free. I was unable to play much new epic games launcher to my computer's inferior stats, and Epic itself was sucking up a lot of processing power on top of a lot of other apps I had.
A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. I tried reinstalling the installer, DirectX, restarting the PC, and everything I could think of or find online. Maybe someone else might have something to add. Can you separate install the latest directx 12 ultimate? Is this error happening when you install other stuff as well? And the latest version of Drivers for the GPU.

At first I thought it was Epic Games itself but everything else is working, and I've had no issues earlier today on my old provider. Is Sky doing something to prevent my computer from accessing the Epic Games download urls? Here's a list of things I've tried: - Deleting Epic Games webcache - Reinstalling Epic Games Launcher Now it won't install because its unable to access the download urls - Changing DNS to Cloudflare - Disabling Sky Broadband Shield - Enabling the Shield but adding the specific domains to the allow list - Checking on my phone to see if I can get at least an access denied page this worked only when I was using mobile data, the page refuses to connect on Wi-Fi Here are the urls that refuse to connect via Sky Broadband: - fastly-download. Where it shows that it was unable to connect due to connection reset if I'm reading it correctly. However when I try and use the Sky broadband they do not load at all the page just stays loading. Like Sky is blocking them.
