Ask a new question. Recently I upgraded my pc from windows7 Home Basic to windows8 pro. But when I installed the same game in windows8 pro pc it installed correctly but when i try to launch the game it shows a message : " No apps are installed to open this type of link Origin ". I want to know that is Origin required to play games on windows 8 pc. Can I play the game without installing origin. I don't know much about this Origin app because the game was working fine on my Windows 7 PC.
