The Minot State Financial Aid Office encourages you to email or call us at and to make use of our Secure Filedrop option to provide requested documents to our office. The North Dakota University System administers, grants, scholarships and other incentive programs for students and graduates. North Dakota State Grant program provides non-repayable grants to North Dakota residents pursing undergraduate degrees at public, private, and tribal colleges within North Dakota. The North Dakota Legislature created this scholarship to encourage and reward high school students for taking challenging coursework in preparation for attending a college or university in North Dakota. Applicants must be North Dakota residents and enrolled members of a federally recognized Indian tribe and must be accepted for admission by a North Dakota institution of higher learning or state vocational education program to be considered.
