New units are uploaded to eSale each morning from all four NPA locations. Each unit is subject to a thorough detail, a minimum of 12 hi-resolution photos, and a rigorous condition report performed by NPA trained technicians.

We began buying and restoring vintage bikes and selling them online through our newly created company, National Powersports. As we catered to a customer base that couldn't physically see the bikes they were purchasing, we developed an extremely detailed system of checks, services, and detailing to ensure transparency about the exact condition of each vehicle. This thorough approach became our hallmark and led to an expansion into all types and years of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, scooters, and watercraft. Although we initially focused on vintage bikes, we soon began receiving requests for modern bikes from around the world. Our customers appreciated the level of information we provided, which went beyond the industry standard even in traditional dealerships. As our online sales grew, we knew we had to replicate the experience in person.

Before that, dealers had to source financing on their own, with local banks or small financing institutions, which was a disjointed and cumbersome exercise at best. With the success of KMC gaining market share through its creative financing program, it wasn't long before the other OEMs followed their lead.
