I went early on a Tuesday morning around am , and my braider Chantal started on my hair no later than 10am. Chantal was the sweetest and took her time on my braids and my second braider Ndey was even sweeter. They both worked diligently on my head , in sync.. I have been to this location maybe 3 times for myself and my daughter. I have no complaints on how the styles turned out. Julia was usually my go to. My only PROBLEM with them is their customer service and the fact that you walk in and literally no one will acknowledge you until you literally ask for help.

And their english is really hard to understand. They are NOT friendly and cheerful to see you. All of the braiders appear to be under 20 years old and have no idea what good customer service is!!
