Behemoths carry very heavy weapons and armor pieces that is usually best sold or broken for parts. Some may also carry chainguns or rocket launchers on hand to give them some ranged abilities. Certain Behemoths may appear after a particular event when you take something or activate something. If you find a Behemoth it's worth coming back later and seeing if there is anything nearby that triggers a re-appearance. For instance in the top right hand corner of the map you will find radio tower 35M U To the east of this across a road you will see an outpost. Go to the outpost to find a Protectron.
