If you're encountering this issue, you may also encounter the problem of no mods or changes being applied to any new instances launched. This happens due to a collection of oversights in how Bloxstrap works. It happens if the accounts you're launching on are enrolled to different client channels, where a channel change will force an upgrade. After an upgrade, configured mods won't apply as the process will be skipped if Roblox is already running, which it will be if you're launching multiple instances.
