Fullscreen with Bordered Window??? Google is absolutely worthless for finding a solution to a problem with this many frequently-use words. Ask a new question. I upgraded my version of Windows from 8. After setting everything up the way. In full screen mode I get borders similar to ones you would get if you'd maximize a program. The result of that is that the bottom of the game's UI gets pushed out of the screen and you can no longer see it.

Search for the word Morrowind. Just change the resulution ingame to ANY resolution u want. Make a backup of your registry before editing and, if you don't know what the registry is, ask someone who does to help. I'm playing Morrowind on my TV and this bugged me too.
