So what's the deal here? There is non-stop action. Correia did a good job of writing the ladies into solid, important and "Equal" roles. Loved the main character Owen and all the supporting cast. If that sounds fun to you, you might actually like this book. I would say that if you are so concerned about what others think that you won't read the books you enjoy or at least you won't "admit" to it that in itself may be a deeper problem than choosing to read something for "fun".
