My daughter made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get her first tattoo after she turned The artist came over to us at her appointment time and said he was running behind on his last client. He said it would be 30 minutes to an hour before he could get to my daughter. We agree to wait and said it was fine. It wasn't 30 minutes to an hour. He didn't come back over to us for 2 hours and 45 minutes after her appointment time. Just because this is a tattoo shop doesn't mean that basic customer service shouldn't be used.
