I did not recruit her in my first play through and would like to the second time around. Is there a way to keep them all or am I just misunderstanding the process? Any solutions to this? I can live without Wyll, since I got him the first time. You cant keep them all, unless you do glitches or skip the conflict completely. Minthara is a great team mate. Joined: Oct Minthara as a character is very well-written. Her personal story is full of depth and intrigue. Yet currently, the only way to get the full Minthara experience including the sex scene is to take the evil path. But reddit is filled with people who really want her as a companion, but do not want to kill the grove, since they want Wyll and Karlach. I understand this game is all about choices and sometimes characters will go against each other.
Lowell Bell. Published: Jan 2, How do you recruit Minthara in BG3? Minthara is a potential companion that most players will not recruit due to the complexity, or cruelty, required to get her to join your party. As a Drow Paladin, however, she can make a valuable ally. Combining both melee prowess and healing abilities earned from her deity, she can tank hits while keeping herself and your party — those that stick around after you recruit her, that is — alive. Find Minthara planning to attack Druid Grove here and tell her the location of Druid Grove, gaining her trust and betraying the Druids and Tieflings there. After slaughtering everyone at Emerald Grove, you have the option to recruit Minthara to your party after your next long rest. Recruiting Minthara causes Wyll and Karlach to refuse to join your party, and you cannot recruit Halsin at all. Make your choice.

BG3 Minthara can be found at Shattered Sanctum. Minthara is a ruthless Drow that is preparing an assault on Druid Grove. Bosses in BG3 are powerful enemies that have increased health and pose a bigger challenge for players. Siding with her allows the opening of the branching storyline that allows Tav to side with the Goblins and start the Quest Raid the Grove which may lead to recruiting her in Act II. Rescuing her there will allow you to officially recruit her as a Companion. Otherwise, siding with the Tieflings and killing the goblins will have you kill Minthara as well. The same result will come from siding with her first and successfully initiating an intimate night with her and then failing to convince her of your shared affiliation with the Absolute later on. To complete Minthara's Questline , you must first meet her in Shattered Sanctum.

As I have pointed out even during Early Access , this one choice is terribly lackluster and imbalanced precisely because Larian thinks they have to dangle Minthara as some sort of grand prize for an evil playthrough which does not even exist because siding with or against her plays out the story afterwards exactly the same. There is no "eclusive evil playthrough". How do i stop the game from forcing my party to hide whenever I level up? Yet currently, the only way to get the full Minthara experience including the sex scene is to take the evil path and kill the grove. After playing more than a hundred hours of Larian Studio's Baldur's Gate 3, we finally captured what we believe to be every major romance scene with every origin character and beyond.
A choice that actually defines an exclusively good or bad playthrough would look like this ; Side with Minthara - We gain access to Moonrise, but are immediately attacked at Last Light Inn Side with the Grove - We gain access to Last Light Inn, but are immediately attacked at Moonrise Towers Unfortunately there is no such definement nor payoff in the game so it's the reason why Minthara's exclusivity carries no legitimate weight. Reason: Added spoiler tags. Especially throughout Act 1. Dalthine posted There is no nuance, there is no walking the line between good and bad. The fact you show Shadowheart and Lae'zel at each others' throats literally is proof you can have them working together AND still have disagreements between characters to preserve companion authenticity. If you have the time, would you mind sending a bug report to Larian through the site or the launcher and attach your save file? Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Hel Not everyone is a wizard who has experience fucking a god, nor does everyone have to be in order to both give you a good time and expand upon your tender relationship. I haven't tried any of it only did one playthrough and killed Minthara in it. Panda View Profile View Posts. Location: Right Behind You.
