But the sounds were still there. I've never put synthetic in my truck and didn't want the synthetic. I was very dissatisfied with everything during the process. I guess they can't find good help anywhere and Midas does not help with their false warranties. I've been taking my C4 to North Star since about I filed a complaint with Midas regional office in Solon OH. I went back, was told the belt needed to be replaced this was free , took the car and in few days the noise was back. He kept insisting that it's 2 when the mechanic said that he only put I repaired the dragging tail pipe and muffler myself from dragging on the street, but the tail pipe and muffler still have holes. I took the car back home. All just to bleed the brakes. I can understand them wanting to be friendly but this idiot's idea of being friendly was flat out rude and VERY ignorant!!!!!!

I contacted customer care and was told a district manager would get back to me within 48 hours, but that was 5 days ago and I've heard nothing. Better yet go to your local mechanic. When I got there they had all 4 wheels off and up on the hoist. There has to be some kind of oversight of companies like this. Never completed the work. You've got to be kidding me. Plus you are guaranteed to pay more than the advertised price. Mechanic stated he removed engine, dropped tranny and removed radiator to do the repair. I left a message of what was happening and asked them to call me back and 3 days later then I finally get a day off work on a Tuesday. I'm disabled now and can't drive around with this problem. For some reason they took 3 hours. Ok'd the repair. About four miles later, my car started making a really bad noise. The first, the feeling of being ripped off and deceived and second, the rudeness was totally unacceptable.
