I had to trust the company as the price was excellent given the product description and pricing, not to mention free shipping to Florida. I emailed and Juan replied within an hour to better explain the product and shipping features. It was strapped across two pallets and loaded down with cables and protective materials. I had never seen furniture packed so securely and got to work unpacking it all. I can truly say the Old West Rustic Bed is eye dropping amazing in its quality and craftsmanship.
