The Murasama is a pre- Hardmode melee weapon resembling a sword. The locked Murasama can be unlocked with a colored gemstone at The Codebreaker once the Voltage Regulation System has been installed. It possesses a larger than normal critical strike chance. While being swung, large electric slashes will swing in the direction of the cursor, and any enemies that are hit by the slashes will take damage.
