Menards solid core door

Hi All, Looking to replace my doors with some Mastercraft doors from Menards. Price is good but I'm curious on the quality of them.

When we built we went to the "local" Lincoln lighting store and they reviewed our plans, made a lighting plan, and priced us fixtures and ceiling fans. Our electrician told us just to go to Menards and he'd install it. We spent a few thousand there and have not had any problems with them. I think it was mostly Hunter brand fixtures we ended up with. Several of the ceiling fans run nearly all the time and 4. I've heard the contractor and some other folks say the quality of light fixtures, faucets, etc are lesser at big box stores than they are at the local guy. Can anyone prove this or is it just bologna? BBS's pricing is generally going to be better then the supply houses. They simply purchase more quantity then the supply houses, generally. They told me I could fix it by popping out the plugs and unscrewing the lites to move the windows. IMO, Menard's is the bottom of the barrel. It was simple enough to spot sand and re-stain. I didn't think to check the jambs because they were covered in cardboard, but check yours if you buy them. Search titles only.
