Go to the wooden poles and pick one up and place it horizontally in front of the vertical slab. Head back and pick up the other pole and place it under the gap of the slab but on top of the wooden pole you just placed horizontally. Jump on the end of the pole wedged under the slab and it should knock the slab over the gap, allowing you to cross. Pick up one of the wooden poles and take it with you across the bridge and you'll come to a door with a hole in it at the bottom.
