I really enjoyed this project a lot. I love having to think of how I could put this together myself, and its very satisfying knowing that all my ideas worked well together and I actually made a piece that looks good. I started out thinking structurally- how was my piece going to hang? I then had to make the flowers, and I found a perfect online tutorial and I used tissue paper. I made the remainder of the flowers pink. For the lily pads, I cut out circles from flash cards and covered it in green tissue paper. I then stuck them to the branch using wire and tape. I twirled wire and attached it to the branch for the vines, and I stuck green tissue paper in the shape of leaves on the wire. Overall, I am really happy with my piece. If I were to do this again, next time I would find another solution for my vines because it was a last-minute attempt to make my mobile more like the original painting.

To finish it off, I used a sponge to created sea-like texture, but it was hard not to get my fingerprints on it afterwards.
