Dennis let me walk out with acrylic and polish underneath my nails. I got no lotion or cuticle oil at the end of the service. I was so mad that I paid and walked out. I didn't want to argue with them. Asked for pedicure and for my nails to squared off. The guy ended up cutting them all the way down and rounding them. I told him I didn't like it he tried to square it off by filing it down and just made it worse. All he kept saying is sorry.
