They overhear Miss Flores rehearsing a confession that she buried the bones, which are actually just cow bones. The class wants to have the bones put on exhibit. Lucky tells Miss Flores that she is trying to do all sorts of naughty things so Miss Flores would treat her harshly, hoping that she wouldn't be called the teacher's pet. The two of them come up with a plan to fool everyone else, Lucky takes the blame for hiding the modern-day bones, and Miss Flores pretends to get mad at her.
