I second the recommendation of the Robert Galbraith novels…Glenister does an excellent job. I think audiobook will be the best way to do this, too! For some, 12 hours was a long listen, while others soared past 50 hours. How old is your son? Talk about bang for the credit! My daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia last summer. I think they try to low let people see their longest books anymore. I may have to give it another listen now, after being reminded of how much I enjoyed the story! I am listening to the Count of Monte Cristo right now, and I think it will clock in above 43 hours because the narrator is doing incredibly realistic French and Italian accents for each character. The Julie Stevenson Middlemarch is magnificent! They both seem like good narrators. Excellent narration by ray porter — one of my favorite narrators. As enemies close in from all sides, she stretches the limits of her power trying to save everyone. I second the recommendation of the Robert Galbraith novels…Glenister does an excellent job. What Should I Read Next? The Warmth of Other Suns is so good.
