I was hoping for a better functioning tool and it has arrived! The new tool is great! I love the new futures - I can manage availability, create or edit reservations and room closures, and answer guest queries from phone, able to see all bookings in updated calendar, can change dates or rooms, update payment status, and process deposit. I am with the company for 7 years and they keep delivering on their promise. Thank you for your response. We have just launched an updated app that can help you. You can manage your availability, create or edit reservations and room closures, and answer guest queries all from your phone. The app allows you to see all your bookings in our updated calendar. As well as that you can process deposits, and payments and seamlessly switch between your phone and desktop. The app is great, one feature if you guys would fix I think would help.

Better integration, enhanced features. No incentive was offered. After a few years, I give them 2 stars now. The latest version contains bug fixes and performance improvements. As one review stated earlier, the reporting is very slim and lacking and mine does not work correctly, but I can get the numbers from other parts of the reporting or do a manual calculation and get the number I am looking for but its most likely a little bug that would be easy to fix. Please contact our support team so we can discuss alternative options that may work better for your property. Pretty much useless. Booking count is always wrong, the booking button should also be clickable to take you strait to the new booking so you can look at pricing and dates booked. I've read other peoples' comments and I am agreeing with them that it could be better. CONS I had to use it with another app, thebookingbutton, in order to make easier for guests to choose the type of apartment and the available rate. We're constantly working to improve the service and support we offer our customers and ensure that all support queries are answered in a timely and efficient manner.

PROS Its easy to use and navigate and customer service is excellent, I like the team and the management and that they are based in Australia. Understandable, intuitive. The new tool is great! I would like to be able to personalise the confirmation emails that I send to clients. But their current approach to have exclusivity over processing payment and no integration with stripe or any other processing payments has left us extremely disappointed. Again any other system I have used, you can click on the reservation and see the correspondance they have received from us. This means I must leave a note in my diary to send a personalised letter to each guest on their day of check in confirming their booking details. For example alerts show day of week and month but not date, no calendar, no way to answer simple guest enquiries such as "what availability do you have or what is the cost for a certain date.
