I observed trainers and staff reaching out to members by name and taking the time to chat with them or help them with anything that they needed. After my class I accidentally squeezed mouth wash onto my hand because I didn't read the container. I should mention that it is huge, and I didn't notice one thing out of place or dirty. Definitely recommend. You can even enjoy your first visit for free without joining fees.
