Working out at home was getting stale and I needed a change. The minute workout goes by fast, has you rocking out to some cool tunes, les mills istanbul, torches calories and forces you to work hard.

I was planning on running today, but my body told me that a recovery day was in the plans instead and I actually listened. Sometimes that is the hardest thing to do. Listen to your body. You will be glad you did later. My hamstrings were feeling a little tight this morning, so I knew a run was not a good idea today. I decided to use today was a recovery day and let my body rest. We missed the tent they were at after the marathon, so Rob emailed them to see if we could get a copy of them mailed to us. We are happy they were willing to do that for us! I read it from cover to cover. Now it is time for some The Big Bang Theory and a snack before bed! I am tired and have to be up early for my first full day of subbing tomorrow morning. Wish me luck! We flew into the Asian side and our hotel was on the European side, so it took us about an hour, due to traffic, to get to the other side of the city.

There were a bunch of people fishing off the bridge and a few people cheering for us runners. Yes, for sure. The hardest part about going to Istanbul is going to be leaving this face.

I will post another blog about our other adventures in Istanbul later. Third Space gears up to open three new clubs. The second bridge was the Galata Bridge. A few years ago upon moving to France, I was pleasantly surprised to see my old friend Les Mills at my local gym. Combat is still really hard and I think it just suits me better.
