My screen is extremely wiggly when I open up my laptop. Also, the bottom portion lifts up, which has caused screws to fall out at random times. Is there something HP can do about this? Is it just the screw falling out or is it the entire screw holder that broke from the plastic? If it is just the screw falling out you can simply screw them back in.
